Terms & Conditions

CyberXPR provides a staged, chauffeured vehicle entrance experience for events. CyberXPR is not a taxi, rideshare, or common carrier — we do not provide point-to-point transportation services, and no mileage or trip-based transportation is implied by any package.

A non-refundable deposit (shown at checkout, typically 30% of your package total) is required to reserve your experience. The remaining balance must be paid before your event date, either manually through your booking link or automatically charged to the card on file if you opt into auto-charge.

All bookings require a minimum of 2 days notice. Weekday bookings are limited to evening start times (7:00 PM or later). Weekend bookings (Friday through Sunday) may begin at any time, subject to availability. Only one booking is accepted per vehicle per day.

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the event date may be accommodated subject to availability, at CyberXPR's discretion. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the full deposit and any balance paid.

By typing your full legal name into the agreement field on your booking page, you are providing your electronic signature and agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We record the timestamp and IP address associated with your signature as part of our records.

Guests are expected to treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect. CyberXPR reserves the right to end an experience early, without refund, in the event of damage, unsafe conduct, or violation of these terms. CyberXPR is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside of our reasonable control.
