Policy

We collect the contact and event details you provide when booking (name, email, phone, event information) solely to fulfill your booking, process payment, and communicate with you about your event. We do not sell your information to third parties.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. CyberXPR does not store your card details directly — they are held by Stripe and referenced by a token when charging your saved payment method for balance payments you've authorized.

Deposits are non-refundable. If CyberXPR is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to a vehicle issue or unforeseen circumstance, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

If you opt into automatic balance charging, your remaining balance will be charged to your saved payment method on the due date shown on your booking page without further action from you. You may pay manually at any time before that date instead.

Bookings proceed rain or shine unless conditions pose a safety risk, at CyberXPR's discretion. In the rare event a booking must be cancelled by CyberXPR for safety reasons, a full refund will be issued.
